Studying in further or higher education offers plenty of opportunities to try new things, make new friends and gain important skills for the future but, as we’re sure you’re well aware, it can also bring its fair share of stress.
That’s why this year Library Services have launched Study Happy, a year-round programme of online and physical initiatives and one-off events designed to help you stay healthy and happy throughout your studies.
Study Happy is open to all students and offers something for everyone, from drop-in stroking sessions with adorable Pets as Therapy dogs to give-it-a-go mindfulness and meditation tasters, supercharged study sessions and even the odd Zumbathon thrown in for good measure.
