Library Services are happy to report that we have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence award for the third year running. The assessor praised our ‘Impact, Insight and Innovation’. Work with nursing and education students was particularly commended, as were library staff who are ‘equally happy and able to work and engage with both 3 year olds and postgraduate students’. We take part in this to keep ourselves focused on being effective and fair, and to be sure that we always put you, our students and staff, at the centre of what we do. 

We have retained our accreditation and gained ‘compliance plus’ status in an additional 3 areas, showing a demonstrable impact made by a relatively small team and overall quality of service.
