RNIB Bookshare provides free digital books with helpful features. You can listen to text-to-speech, see highlighted words while listening, increase the font size and read directly from your internet browser.
Bookshare is open to any member of the University with a qualifying disability. This includes visual or physical impairments, as well as dyslexia, autism and learning disabilities.
Please note, RNIB Bookshare may not offer access to every book you need. If you are having significant difficulty accessing core readings from your module Resource Lists, please contact the Disability and Dyslexia Service.
This is a new service, please let us know what you think.
Bookshare's help centre can advise on using the platform, and we can help with account issues. If you need further library support, contact Ask a Librarian.
