Responding to your comments
We welcome your comments and aim to respond as soon as possible. Phone calls will be answered within 30 seconds where a staff member is available. Voice mails and emails to individual staff members will normally be responded to within 24 hours of their receipt. Emails to the askalibrarian team will be responded to within 24 hours of their receipt by a team member. Letters will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Complaints will be responded to as soon as possible as outlined in the complaints procedure.
