Before publishing, sharing work online or uploading to Worcester Reseach and Publications (WRaP), ensure you have permission to use any third-party content.
Uploading an unpublished work to WRaP or other repository is a form of publication under copyright law. You cannot include third party content in the same way you can for internal educational use.
All figures must be clearly labelled with their source and copyright permission, including figures you have created yourself. Read our guidance sheet before uploading any unpublished works to WRaP.

Ensure copyright holder(s) grant all the necessary permissions | Use quoted material that is more than 300 words without seeking copyright permission |
Check you are using the original source of the material | Assume AI-created material is copyright-free |
Remember that you can redact material if you cannot get copyright permission | Assume unattributed sources are copyright-free |
Remember that uploading to WRaP is a form of publishing | Assume the Fair Dealing exception will cover the material you wish to use |
