Need help? There are several ways to get in touch with your Librarians if you have questions about referencing, finding information or using the Hive. You can:

Email askalibrarian@worc.ac.uk
Use Live Chat Monday-Friday 12-5, Saturday 1-3

It's best to use your UW email address to contact us.

If you have more in depth research topics or referencing to investigate, you can make an online appointment with one of the librarians for your subject area.
We also run regular discovery sessions on all sorts of topics, including referencing, searching, evaluating information, systematic searching and lots of specialist topics. You can book on our events page.

Staff in the Hive are very happy to help you use physical resources in the Hive, including finding books, printing, copying and wifi. For any more in-depth questions, you may be referred to the askalibrarian service.

And don’t forget, you can also use our web pages for more information on referencing, finding resources and systematic review. There are subject guides full of useful resources for all the courses taught at UW. Our study skills pages tell you all about reading, writing, exam prep and more. And finally, you’ll find the answers to many of your queries in our FAQs.
