New wellbeing resource list for students

Library Services have been collaborating with the Student Life Advisors to help create a new resource list to support student wellbeing.

This is a resource list for self-help and guidance for anyone seeking self-improvement or support, or even just a little distraction and break!
 

For further individual support the Counselling and Mental Health Team provide a free service for all students who need specialist support whilst they are studying at the University of Worcester.
