Whether you’re straight out of school or returning to education after a break, here are lots of useful tips and advice on how to make the transition to university and higher education.
When you are trying to study, it is important to find a spot that suits you, whether that's in The Hive library, the 24 hour Peirson Centre at St Johns, the PC suite at Riverside or the cafe at City Campus. Do you prefer to get together with study buddies or work quietly among the books? The Hive has a range of study spaces on offer to meet all your needs, and is open 8.30am until 10pm, 7 days a week (excluding most bank holidays), suiting both early birds and night owls. Details of how to book group study rooms and study spaces can be found here.
