The Hive is a fully accessible building, with height adjustable desks and braille signage. The building has step free access and lifts to all levels.
Toilets are located between the main entrance and the café on level 1 and near the lifts on levels 0, 2, 3 and 4.
You can eat and drink in the café and throughout the building, except for Explore the Past on level 2, and on level 4.
You’re welcome to bring your own cold food and hot drinks with lids. Hot food is not permitted unless it’s bought and eaten in the café.
As well as The Hive, the University of Worcester has learning spaces across all campuses.
Level 4 is The Hive's silent study space. It has a row of individual tables separated by dividers.
To get to the level from the main entrance, take the lift on the right, or the staircase to the left of the lifts.
These levels have flexible spaces suitable for individuals and groups. Level 3 tends to be quieter than Level 2 and 0 due to the design of the building. All three levels have a mix of large and small tables, chairs and sofas.
