University of Worcester eresources

You can find all sorts of resources, including ebooks and journal articles, via Library Search.  Resources may not be available while you are studying in China due to licence restrictions and local firewalls.  All the resources should be available to you in your fourth year while you are studying in the UK.

If a resource that you need is not available via the University of Worcester, we may be able to get it for you via inter-library request.  We may be able to provide you with journal articles and book chapters while you are studying in China.  We will be able to request complete books via inter-library for you to borrow in your fourth year when you are studying in the UK.

Open access resources

Open access resources

Open Access search engines Core, Unpaywall, BASE, OA Button and OAIster bring together freely available resources from across subject areas. PubMed Central (PMC) does similar for biomedical and life sciences. Content includes open access articles, books chapters, theses, dissertations and research.

UK theses and dissertations can be found on EThOS. Use DART-Europe to search for European theses. OhioLINK has some US content. OATD brings together theses from around the world. The NDLTD provides a comprehensive list of dissertation repositories globally. You will find abstracts and some full text on all these sites.
