What do I do now my new lists are ready?

You can edit your 2024/25 Resource Lists from Saturday 1 June. You will need to log in.

  • Go to Resource Lists, log in and search for your 2024/25 draft lists by module code.
  • Add your 2024/25 module lists to My Lists.
  • Edit your 2024/25 list. Remove items you no longer need and add new resources.
  • Request Review by Thursday 1 August so we can order your new books in time for Semester 1.
  • Publish to make the list visible to students.

Watch this 1 minute video on what to do with your 2024/25 resource lists. Take a look at our YouTube Resource List playlist for more guidance.

When planning your lists, please try to make use of existing resources where possible, and remember to indicate which resources are Essential for students. This will help us to ensure we provide the right access to materials.

Teaching new or different modules?

Teaching a brand new module with no list on the system? Ask your Academic Liaison Librarian to set up a new list.

You can change the owner of any list.

Where the lead for the next academic year is not yet known the current module lead should publish the 2024/25 list. The new module lead can amend the list, but changes to Essential reading should be discussed with your Academic Liaison Librarian prior to semester 1.

Updating your Module Guide

  • Update URLs in your module guides or handbooks.

The URL should follow the format https://worc.rl.talis.com/search.html?q=ABCD1234 where ABCD1234 is your module code
